上帝讓我們只能堅強一時，如此我們才會互相幫忙----電影"第一武士"

另一部大仲馬的"三劍客"很多人愛看，也幾度拍成電影。

中國出了個"西遊記"，三藏的三個徒弟各顯神通，有時卻也你扯我後腿，我臨時缺席，他有時被妖魔迷惑等等。

三劍客都是用同樣武器：劍；

而三藏的三個徒弟武器都不同， 

因為老外把自己交給上帝，其他就不用耽心了；而中國人是”師父領進門，修行在個人”，必須要自己去求道。況且，中國人的師父還會根據徒弟資質不同，常會留一、二手，造成師兄弟之間彼此猜忌。

基督教每週要去教堂與兄弟姐妹共同擁抱神；中國人的寺廟或道觀是大節日才會去走動；或有重大事件去祈求用的。

西方人的宗教，上面有一個獨特的唯一：「上帝」，沒有人可以修到「上帝」的境界，或與「上帝」平起平坐，我們都只是祂的子民，經常跟兄弟姐妹在教堂聚會，就能得到平靜、喜悅；

中國人的信仰，上面沒有一個獨特的「唯一」，強調人人皆可成仙成佛，充滿神秘色彩，較少有平靜、喜悅。

從那裡可以看出平靜、喜悅的差異？

面對親人的死亡與喪禮，東、西方是差距很大的！

我喜歡那個？

把自己交給上帝很好，我們可以學習類似德雷莎修女為窮人服務；或是教會深入山地部落，與原住民交朋友。

努力再修也很好，這樣才不會偷懶，把這輩子最珍貴的體悟機會放棄掉。

都很好！

就算從八戒的鐵扒練到悟空的金箍棒，也不要得意，共同出任務時，只要帶鐵扒就好；如果能把金箍棒忘在家裡就很棒！

所以，練自發功時可以呼請自己信仰的神明或大存在（宇宙愛的能量）來幫助我們練功。把自己交給神，充滿愛心或感恩的心就容易放鬆，宇宙愛的能量也較容易與身體共振，進入氣功態。

當然也不是練幾次就好了，還是要不斷精進再精進。
